My Story

I love music, dancing and good food. Cooking is pleasure and my classes are fun and stress free.

I am the Chef Camp of "Mainewoods Dance Camp” for several years now, although I only recently graduated from a professional cooking course (first in my class). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I cook my own exotic recipes in addition to Middle Eastern, Balkan and more.

I cook healthy, less salty, less sweet, and my Baklava for example, has a lemony flavors in addition to the traditional flavors.

I cook in my big home kitchen, and can easily accommodate 4 student that will work together with my supervision.


My house is 150 years old and for the first 100 years used as a church. It is in on a 1/2 acre of land in the country in King Township (Strange). The house is always full with music, plants and flours, and in the summer we can enjoy our meal in the garden.


If you have any type of food restrictions I will happily accommodate. 
The only allergy we can't accommodate is the allergy to cats. We have cats in the house that are part of our family.
